(Cincinnati, OH) -- Tri-State drivers are playing less for gas this week. CincyGasPrices.com reports the average price of self-serve regular had another big drop this week, down 12-cents to three-dollars-48-cents a gallon. Most service stations in the region are charging between three-dollars-30-cents and three-dollars-69-cents a gallon.
