Benghazi Suspect Was Planning More Attacks, U.S. Says

(Undated) — America’s United Nations ambassador says the accused mastermind of the deadly attack on the U.S. embassy in Benghazi was planning more attacks on Americans. Ambassador Samantha Power told the Security Council those planned attacks are the reason U.S. special forces arrested Ahmed Abu Khatallah in Libya over the weekend. President Obama vowed that Khatallah will face the full weight of the U.S. justice system. The attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi on September 11th, 2012 killed four Americans, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens.
