Commissioners To Decide On IPL Rate Hike

(Indianapolis, IN) — It’s now up to the Indiana Regulatory Commission whether IPL can raise rates to pay for the electric car sharing program in Indianapolis. They heard public input last night on the proposed 16-million-dollar rate hike. The program, Bluindy, provides cars for public use at kiosks. IPL says customers’ bills would go up about 44 cents a month.
