Federal Judge To Hear ObamaCare Challenge

(Washington, DC) — A federal judge is set to hear arguments in October in Indiana’s challenge to part of the Affordable Care Act. It’s over insurance premium subsidies, and would affect more than 100-thousand Hoosiers who’ve bought insurance using them. They would lose the subsidies if the challenge is successful. The state attorney general and several school districts are behind it so the state and schools can’t be penalized if an employee opts to buy insurance using them.
