Garth Brooks Adds Fourth Ireland Concert
(Los Angeles, CA) — Garth Brooks is extending his stay on the Emerald Isle. An overwhelming demand for tickets is leading the country superstar to add a fourth night to his run of summer shows in Ireland. He’s now slated to perform to capacity crowds at Dublin’s Croke Park on July 25th, 26th, and 27th, while tickets go on sale for his newly announced July 28th show this Thursday.
The singer’s original plans for “The Garth Brooks Comeback Special Event” included just two performances. The strong initial interest in the shows led Garth to add a third concert before tickets went on sale. And when tickets became available last week all 240-thousand were gone in just 90 minutes, making Brooks the first artist ever to sell out three shows at Croke Park in a single day. The Ireland shows are serving as Brooks’ warm up for his upcoming world tour, which he’s expected to launch in the fall. It will be Garth’s first tour in 14 years.
