Medicaid Counts 6-Million New Enrollees Since Obamacare Rollout

(Undated) — The Obama administration says six-million people have enrolled in Medicaid and other health care programs for the poor since Obamacare enrollment opened in October. The Wednesday report does not say how many people are covered because of expanded Medicaid coverage under the Affordable Care Act. However, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services says enrollment grew much faster in states that expanded Medicaid than in states that did not.
