Second Ebola Patient To Start Treatment In Atlanta
(Atlanta, GA) — A North Carolina missionary infected with Ebola is due to arrive in Atlanta today for treatment. Nancy Writebol is one of two Americans who tested positive for the virus and received experimental drugs before leaving West Africa. Doctor Kent Brantley showed improvement before he arrived at Emory Hospital in Atlanta on Saturday. Meantime, a Tennessee doctor is in self-imposed quarantine after returning from West Africa and plans to spend three weeks inside his home as a safety precaution.
