Tap Water Is Best Option For Summer Hydration

(Undated) — It’s important for children to stay hydrated during the heat of the summer. Registered Dietitian Tara Harwood with the Cleveland Clinic says there are some tricks to make sure your kids keep hydrated.

Harwood says water should always be the first drink of choice during the summer. She suggests children drink tap water instead of bottled water so they get fluoride.
