Jim Irsay Trial Delayed Until October

(Indianapolis, IN) -- Colts owner Jim Irsay will not go to trial next week for charges of driving while intoxicated. His case is being delayed until October 30th. Irsay was pulled over and arrested in Carmel last March, and reportedly had prescription painkillers in his system.

Cody Cousins Pleads Guilty To Purdue Killing

(West Lafayette, IN) -- The Purdue student accused of stabbing and shooting another student inside the electrical engineering building is pleading guilty. Cody Cousins admitted on Thursday that he went into the building last January with the intention to kill Andrew Bolt, but didn't say why. Sentencing is scheduled for next month.
