Irsay Trial Date Set

(Undated) -- The trial date for Colts owner Jim Irsay is set for August 28th. He waived his trial that was scheduled for Thursday. Irsay faces charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while under a controlled substance. There is a pre-trial hearing on July 28th.
