No Charges Against NASCAR Driver Tony Stewart

(Canandaigua, NY) -- There will be no charges against Tony Stewart after his car struck and killed fellow driver Kevin Ward Jr. at a dirt-track race last month. A grand jury finished hearing the case Wednesday. The District Attorney says Ward Jr. had marijuana in his system prior to his death.
