LouisvilleGasPrices.com reports the average price of self-serve regular is down eleven-cents this week to two-dollars-28-cents a gallon. The local average is getting a boost in Elizabethtown, Radcliff and Rineyville, where gas is as cheap as two-dollars-79-cents a gallon.
