(Frankfort, KY) -- The governor's office says more than 100-thousand residents signed up for health insurance through the state's health benefit exchange during the one-month enrollment period. Governor Steve Beshear's office says it's encouraging news. Open enrollment continues through February 15th, but Monday was the deadline to sign up for coverage to begin January 1st.
