(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – The fate of Lawrenceburg Fall Fest could be discussed Monday among Lawrenceburg City Council.

On April 21, council voted 3-2 against paying claims needed to continue planning the September 2014 festival. You can read more on that meeting here.

There is much interest from residents and festival fans in Monday evening’s city council meeting to see if council and Mayor Dennis Carr can find middle ground on the size of the Fall Fest and the committee in charge of organizing it.

The Lawrenceburg City Council meets starting at 6:00 p.m. at city hall, 230 Walnut Street. A festival committee proposal is on the public  meeting agenda.
