(Madison, Ind.) – A fight with a board used as a weapon has landed a Vevay woman in jail.
Timanie G. Konkle, 26, was arrested Friday night at the Madison City Campground on charges of Battery Against a Public Safety Official, Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury, and Disorderly Conduct, according to The Madison Courier.
Konkle allegedly struck a propane lamp and a pickup truck with a two-by-four. She is also accused of fighting with the female owner of the truck and pulling out her hair.
When police arrived, Konkle was being held down by several people. Once allowed up, she allegedly began shouting and grabbed an officer by the wrist before being placed under arrest.
Due to her behavior, police requested emergency medical personnel to check Konkle, however, she refused treatment.
Konkle appeared in Jefferson County Court on Monday where she pleaded not guilty. The judge ordered her to have no contact with the victim.
