UPDATE: Armed Robbery At Harrison Gas Station

Harrison Police say that nobody was hurt in an armed robbery at the Sunoco gas station located on South State Street.

Lt. Steve Wilson says a weapon was shown but not used during the Wednesday evening hold-up.

A person of interest is being held on unrelated charges, Wilson said, declining to identify that person.

(Harrison, Oh.) – A Harrison convenience store was reportedly robbed Wednesday night.

The armed robbery was reported at about 9:00 p.m. at the Sunoco gas station on South State Street.

It is unclear whether a suspect has been identified or taken into custody. The Harrison Police Department did not immediately respond to a request for information.

Police and a K9 unit from Dearborn County assisted with the search for the suspect.
