(Harrison, Oh.) – The Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is re-opening a community pediatric health clinic in Harrison. The clinic abruptly closed in December when its operator lost federal funding.

According to The Cincinnati Enquirer, the center at 10400 New Haven Road will now be called Harrison Pediatric Primary Care. It will operate Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Cincinnati Children’s Hospital is staffing the clinic until the Health Resources and Services Administration picks a new Federally Qualified Health Center provider to serve the area.

The clinic was previously operated by Neighborhood Health Inc., a non-profit organization. Neighborhood Health Inc. lost its HRSA grant funding for 2014 and had to close the Harrison health center and three others in Walnut Hills, Norwood, and Downtown.

Patients of the former clinic can access their medical records by calling 513-559-5501 or online at www.neighborhoodhealthclinic.org. Medical providers can also fax a request for patient medical records to 513-221-4954.
