road-construction-graphic(Dearborn County, Ind.) – Three road construction projects will take place in Dearborn County next week.

On May 5 and 6 crews with Paul Rohe Company will make repairs to the bridge on North Dearborn Road between Dover and New Alsace. Flaggers will be at the construction site to direct traffic.

Also starting May 5, Rohe crews will carry out a guardrail replacement project on Bielby Road. That project will also require flaggers to direct traffic as the road will at times be reduced to one lane.

The Bielby Road project is expected to take about five days to complete, depending on the weather, project managers said.

Dearborn County Highway Department advises that Lauman Road will be closed at the dry ford, near the intersection with Schmaltz and Beatty roads, May 5-7 for deck repair. No traffic will be allowed to cross.
