Deddens, Maples, Horton Are Chamber’s 2017 Women Of Distinction

(Dearborn County, Ind.) – Three women will be honored for the contributions they have made to their communities.

The Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce announced on Monday the three recipients of its 2017 Women of Distinction Awards. They are Dearborn-Ohio Prosecutor Lynn Deddens, Aurora Public Library Director Mary Alice Horton, and Lawrenceburg Public Library District Youth Services Manager Jody Maples.

“For the 12th year in a row, the Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce will be honoring three individuals for their fantastic contributions to the community. These women were chosen based on the positive impact they have had on Dearborn County and their ability to inspire others to work toward bettering the region,” the chamber’s announcement stated.

Maples, Horton, and Deddens will receive their awards at the chamber’s Women of Distinction luncheon to be held on Thursday, October 5 starting at 11:30 a.m. at the Lawrenceburg Event Center. Ticket information can be found at http://tinyurl.com/dccWoD17 or by calling (812) 537-0814.
