(Undated) – Homes and businesses near the Jefferson Proving Ground may hear and feel some explosive activity on Wednesday, April 23.

The Indiana Air National Guard will be detonating ordnance at the proving ground between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

There will be approximately 10 blasts, according to Sgt. Johanna Siebenthal, Jefferson Range Scheduler.

In the past, residents as far away from the proving ground as Moores Hill have reported feeling their homes shake during the detonation of the old, unused explosives.
