Don’t Put Away That Shovel; Snow In Forecast Wednesday

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – Welcome to March in the tri-state: sunny and 73 one day, but cold and snowy the next.
Following Tuesday’s warm-up, the weather will take a decidedly winter-like turn on Wednesday. The morning rain is expected by meteorologists to turn to snow after 1:00 p.m. with temperatures falling to 32 by 5:00 p.m.
Total snow accumulation in the area will be less than an inch, according to the forecast.
The National Weather Service has ordered a Wind Advisory in effect from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday. Winds will blow 20 to 30 MPH with gusts up to 45 MPH. Winds will peak in the afternoon, then gradually decrease.
The overnight low will dip to 13 degrees with a slight chance of snow remaining. Thursday, the high will be in the low 30s with wind chill values near zero.
By Friday, the wildly fluctuating weather returns with a high near 60.
