(Dillsboro, Ind.) – Dillsboro residents may get a knock on their door as the Town of Dillsboro is trying to gather information.

The town is planning to apply for a community development block grant from the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs to fund a study on the town’s water and sewer system.

Trained volunteers will be going door-to-door starting the week of December 4.  They are seeking information on Dillsboro households required for the grant application.

Each survey should only take a few minutes to complete and answers are strictly confidential.

The survey is being conducted under the direction of Ivy Tech Community College Southeast in Madison and the Southeastern Indiana Regional Planning Commission in Versailles. Questions can be answered by contacting Mary McCarty at the Southeastern Indiana Regional Planning Commission, (812) 689-5505.
