(Sunman, Ind.) – Enhanced Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) is committed to advancing educational opportunities and helping the youth within the communities we serve reach their academic goals by awarding scholarships to local area high school seniors annually.  New this year, scholarships are now available to local high school seniors in 4G Wireless Broadband areas.  ETC 4G Wireless Broadband is available throughout Decatur, Jennings, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland counties.  Coming in April, ETC 4G Wireless Broadband will also be available throughout Jefferson County and in parts of Scott County.

Applications are now available for the 2014 ETC 4G Scholarship.  Seniors who have completed at least two years of schooling or any home schooled student of senior status, that are current ETC 4G customers are eligible to apply.  The annual ETC scholarships are awarded to students who exemplify an outstanding demeanor towards academic performance, volunteer work, community service, and hometown pride.  The ETC 4G scholarship will be awarded to a high-achieving student who excels in both the classroom and the community.  ETC 4G’s scholarship application deadline is April 10, 2014.

Students interested in applying for the ETC 4G Scholarship can pick up an application from any local ETC office (to include Batesville, Greensburg or Sunman), or simply download the application at www.etczone.com.  All ETC 4G scholarship applications are to be submitted to Anna Ibold, by mailing them to PO Box 145, Sunman, IN 47041 by the deadline listed above.
