Five Year Sentence For Fatal N. Ky. Crash

(Burlington, Ky.) – A five year prison sentence has been ordered for a Florence man who caused a fatal crash.

Andrew Sebree, 20, ran a red light at Kentucky 18 and Limaburg Road in Burlington and struck another vehicle on July 14, 2012.

A passenger in the second vehicle, Angela Horne, 42, of Florence, died of her injuries. Four others were hurt.

According to WLWT-TV, Sebree was sentenced in Boone County Court on Wednesday. He was ordered to serve five years.

The Boone County Jail listed Sebree’s scheduled release date as November 18, 2018.
