Goepper Given Award From Governor Pence

(Indianapolis, Ind.) – Southeast Indiana Olympian Nick Goepper is in the state capitol Monday.

Goepper won the bronze medal in ski slopestyle in Russia last month. The 19-year-old from Hidden Valley received another piece of hardware from Indiana Governor Mike Pence during his visit to the Indiana Statehouse.

Pence presented Goepper the Prestigious Hoosier Award. The skier was also honored in the Indiana House of Representatives.

Later Monday, Goepper is expected to announce the lucky girl for his #IWantToDateNick social media contest.
