By Mike Perleberg
(Dearborn County, Ind.) – Two men have been indicted on rape charges in unrelated cases.
A Dearborn County Grand Jury convened Friday and indicted Leland Houston II, 49, of Sunman, on two counts of Rape (Class B felony) and a single count of Incest (Class C felony) for alleged incidents that occurred between 2010 and 2011.
Also, Thomas William Dick, 44, of Aurora, was indicted for Rape (Class B felony), Criminal Deviate Conduct (Class B felony), and Sexual Battery (Class D felony). He allegedly attacked a woman last June.
Both Houston and Dick were arrested Friday following their indictments. They remain held at the Dearborn County Law Enforcement Center as of Thursday morning
Houston has a pretrial hearing scheduled for March 25 in Dearborn Superior Court II.
for houston this is all a BIG lie made up by his ex wife cause she's mad cause he left her. this man is innocent and if went to trial it would of been proven!! the ex would of been in jail for false reporting among other charges. there is plenty proof of his innocence from another police dept
what they don't say is the "rape victim" was his ex wife that is a huge liar & they BOTH have been in & out of jail for yrs for violence, stealing, bad cks and child support.
@dolphingirl Another thing Leland was not ever charged for child support because he gave up his rights to his kids.
@dolphingirl Let me tell you something it was not his ex that was raped she has never been in jail. We have been best friends for 35 years. Get your story straight.
What was up with the incest thing?
