Harrison Coach Swink Honored For Record Career

Harrison High School athletic director Miek Schiering gives girls basketball coach Kathy Swink a commemorative plaque for her 35 years with the Southwest Local School District.

(Harrison, Oh.) – Coach Kathy Swink of Harrison High School was honored for having the most wins of any girls’ basketball coach in school history.

After 35 years of working for the Southwest Local School District, Coach Swink will be retiring at the end of the 2013-2014 school year.

At the Century of Excellence celebration for winter sports the 2003-2004 Girls Basketball team was honored on the ten-year anniversary of their sectional championship season. ​
