Indiana State Employees In Line For Raises In 2018
By Mike Perleberg
(Indianapolis, Ind.) – Most Indiana state employees will receive a pay raise in 2018.
Governor Eric Holcomb announced the plan to issue performance-based pay increases on Friday, December 29.
Employees will undergo performance evaluations in January. Those who “meet expectations” will receive a two percent raise; employees who “exceed expectations” will receive a three percent raise, and employees rated “outstanding” will receive a four percent raise.
“I am grateful to work alongside the men and women who are the force behind the service Hoosiers have come to expect from their state government,” Holcomb said. “I am pleased to authorize performance-based raises for a job well done.”
