Kentucky State Police Promote Local Captain

(Petersburg, Ky.) – A local Kentucky State Police Captain has received a promotion.
Richard P. Saint-Blancard received his promotion certificate from Jonathan Grate, deputy secretary, Justice and Public Safety Cabinet and KSP Commissioner Rodney Brewer on February 12 at a ceremony in Frankfort.
Saint-Blancard, a Petersburg resident and 10 ½ year veteran of the agency, has been assigned to the KSP Central Forensic Laboratory in Frankfort as commander.
He is a 1984 graduate of Western Illinois University and a 2002 graduate of Alliant International University.
He is the son of Nora Saint-Blancard of Burlington, Kentucky.
