FOOTBALL

IHSAA 3A Regional at Evansville Memorial

Evansville Reitz Memorial 56, Lawrenceburg 35 – Eagle Country 99.3 Feature Game – The Tigers committed a few too many turnovers that allowed the high-powered Memorial offense to flourish. Lawrenceburg running back Hunter Privett ended his high school career with 142 yards rushing and 2 touchdowns. Quarterback Austin Weimer recorded 126 pass yards and a touchdown, along with 93 rush yards and a score. Lawrenceburg Tigers had a great season, ending it at 11-2. The LHS 2017-18 senior class won 29 of 32 games since halfway through 2015 season.

 

 

GIRLS BASKETBALL

East Central 58, Richmond 35 – Brilan McCory scored 21 points, 5 rebounds and 4 steals to help EC to the win. Lauryn Helton added 13 points.

Corydon Central 52, South Dearborn 30

South Dearborn 59, Lanesville 56

Batesville 39, North Decatur 32 – Batesville’s Gabi Garcia scored 13 points and Baylee Rohlfing added 18 rebounds.

Franklin County 52, Centerville 20 – Kendall McCool tallied 16 points. Gabby Mitchum and Ashlan Hill each scored 10 for the Wildcats.

Jac-Cen-Del 41, South Ripley 38 – Lilly Simon paced the Eagles with 19 points to get by their ranked South Ripley rival.
