(Moores Hill, Ind.) – A man is accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in Moores Hill.

Kevin Riley, 21, was arrested April 2 on a warrant for Child Molesting (Class C felony) in Dearborn County.  He remains held in jail as of Thursday on a $50,000 surety and $2,500 cash bond.

According to a court affidavit, Riley allegedly forcibly touched the girl in her home in July of 2013. He has been ordered to have no contact with the girl. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for May 20 in Dearborn Circuit Court.
