(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – This overly cold winter has brought an abundance of accumulation in the last month, presenting a myriad of challenges for those who keep the City of Lawrenceburg’s streets and sidewalks safe.

Lawrenceburg city crews have been working diligently this winter to combat the snow and ice.  With snow plows, salt trucks, snow shovels, backhoes, dump trucks, and most importantly, a dedicated group of employees, the safety and comfort of Lawrenceburg residents, businesses and visitors has been paramount.  All city departments;  Civil City, Police, Fire, EMS, utilities and administration have had a hand in the effort.

“I am pleased with the efforts put forth by the City staff and the willingness of all City departments to assist with the efforts to keep our city operating efficiently this winter,” said Mayor Dennis Carr.
