Meth Arrest Made During Home Visit

(Aurora, Ind.) – An Aurora man was found in possession of methamphetamine during a home visit conducted by Community Corrections.

Dearborn County Sheriff’s deputies was dispatched to the 4000 block of Tall Oak Drive on October 17 to assist Community Corrections with a home visit for Zackerie Musselman.

According to a probable cause affidavit, methamphetamine and a glass pipe were located in plain view on the floor of Musselman’s bedroom.

Deputies say they also located a small plastic bag that contained a pipe cleaner and a white powder substance inside.

Musselman was taken into custody and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine (Level 6 felony) and Possession of Paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor).

This isn’t Musselman’s first run-in with law enforcement. He was previously charged with Possession of Paraphernalia on May 16.
