Meth, Pot, Pills Found In Batesville Home
(Batesville, Ind.) – A Batesville couple are in jail after multitude of drugs were found in their home.
Batesville Police and Indiana State Police executed a search warrant last Friday afternoon at the 605 Center Avenue home of James W. Bryant and Michelle Setser. The warrant was issued following a several week-long investigation by Batesville Police.
Inside officers allegedly found methamphetamine, methadone, marijuana, hydrocodone, alprazolam, digital scales and syringes…
Bryant, 39, and Setser, 38, were initially arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a Park (Class B Felony) and incarcerated at the Ripley County jail.
On Tuesday, Ripley County Prosecutor Ric Hertel filed several additional charges against both suspected: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class C Felony), Possession of Marijuana (Class D Felony), Possession of a Hypodermic Needle (Class D Felony) and Possession of Paraphernalia (Class A Misdemeanor).
Bryant also faces an additional charge of Dealing in Marijuana (Class D Felony).
