Minivan, Motorcycle Collide At Four-Way

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – A man is in the hospital after being struck by a minivan while riding his motorcycle in downtown Lawrenceburg Thursday.

 

The accident was reported at the intersection of Arch and Margaret streets at about 6:08 p.m., according to Lawrenceburg Police Sgt. Nick Myers. Robert Kumli was riding his motorcycle when he collided with a minivan driven by Tressie Denning. Both are residents of Lawrenceburg.

 

Kumli was transported by ambulance to Dearborn County Hospital then later transported to University Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, Myers said. The severity of his injuries and current condition were not known.

 

The motorcycle and minivan wrecked in the middle of the four-way stop intersection. It is unclear who was at fault as Lawrenceburg Police are continuing to investigate the crash.
