Moores Hill Twins Honored As Reds Hometown Heroes

(Cincinnati, Oh.) – It was a double-play of sorts when twin sisters were honored by the Cincinnati Reds.

Sgt. Kerry Otjen DeBorde and Sgt. Kelly Otjen Fox were recognized as the Cincinnati Bell Reds’ Hometown Heroes on June 3.

The Fox twins served eight years in the U.S. Army including a tour of duty in Afghanistan. Kerry also completed a tour of duty in Iraq. Both are airborne qualified.

Kelly and Kerry are natives of Moores Hill and graduates of South Dearborn High School.
