(Erlanger, Ky.) – Things are getting real for a northern Kentucky man accused of using a phony gun to rob a restaurant.

According to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office, Harry Lindle, 20, or Erlanger, used an airsoft gun to rob the Subway restaurant on Airport Exchange Boulevard on Sunday afternoon.

Deputies say Lindle was purchasing a cookie when he displayed the fake gun before taking money from the cash register.
