Parade Announced For Olympic Skier

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – A parade and more is being planned for Olympic skier Nick Goepper.

The City of Lawrenceburg and Perfect North Slopes are partnering for the welcome home celebration for Goepper. It will be Saturday, March 8th.

The celebration will include a parade for the bronze medalist down Walnut Street beginning at 10:30 a.m. After that, there will be a public ceremony for Goepper at Lawrenceburg High School. He’ll be recognized by local officials and other supporters.

Lawrenceburg Mayor Dennis Carr, the city, and Perfect North Slopes welcome supporters from throughout the tri-state to the event.
