Police: Milan Mom Did Drugs With Kids In Car

(Hamilton County, Oh.) – A southeast Indiana mother is accused of doing drugs in a car as her children sat in the backseat.


Fox 19 reports Novia Starr Sibley, of Milan, was found incoherent in a car after allegedly using heroin Wednesday. Her children, ages three and five, were with her.


A syringe was also found on Sibley.


The report did not say the exact location of the incident which occurred in Hamilton County.


Sibley, 29, has been charged with Possession of Drugs, Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments, and two counts of Endangering Children.
