Reminder: Ind. Property Taxes Due May 12

(Dearborn County, Ind.) – Dearborn County Treasurer Phil Weaver is reminding property owners that the spring installment of 2014 property taxes is due Monday, May 12.
The tax bills were mailed on or about March 28.
Weaver says that property owners responsible for paying their property taxes who did not receive their statement should contact the county treasurer’s office immediately at (812) 537-8811 or email email@example.com.
Dearborn County property taxes can be paid in the following ways:
- In person at the Treasurer’s Office Monday – Friday from 8:30 – 4:30 with extended hours on May 12 until 6:00 p.m.
- By mail postmarked by May 12 to Dearborn Co. Treasurer, 215-B W. High St., Lawrenceburg, IN 47025. Enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like your receipt returned.
- After office hours by using our drop-box inside the front doors of the County Administration Building by May 12. Enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like your receipt returned.
- By credit card by visiting our website at www.dearborncounty.org and select the “GIS MAPS AND PROPERTY INFORMATION” link on the right of the page.
