Lawrenceburg Police officers were responding to an unrelated call at Concord Square Apartments  on Friday, July 4 when they observed what appeared to be red tracer rounds being fired from another area of the apartment complex.

Investigating further, officers identified the shooter and owner of the rifle as Robert Craig, 44. He was subsequently arrested for Public Intoxication and Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon.

Nobody was hurt in the incident.

Police recovered more weapons and ammo from Craig’s residence. Those items are being kept at the police department for safe keeping pending the outcome of the criminal case, Lt. Brian Miller said.
