Rushville’s Campbell Is Girls EIAC MVP; EC’s Packer 2nd In Voting

(Undated) – The top 12 girls basketball players in the Eastern Indiana Athletic Conference have been named.

Coaches of conference teams voted on the 2014 All-EIAC Girls team released this week.

Rushville senior Mackenzie Campbell, who has committed to play next fall at Indiana University East in Richmond, was voted the conference’s most valuable player with 83 votes. Campbell averaged 17.8 points, 5.4 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 1.9 steals per game in her senior season guiding the Lady Lions to an EIACH championship.

East Central’s Brooke Packer, a senior and fellow future IU East Redwolf, was second in the voting with 75. Packer finished her Lady Trojans career 1st in program history with 647 career points, 2nd in program history in free throws attempted (278), and 1st in player efficiency rating.
