(Aurora, Ind.) – Aurora is still in shock after twin two-year-old girls died after wandering away from their home and falling into a neighbor’s swimming pool Tuesday.

The investigation into the deaths of Jocelyn and Shaylyn Spurlock remain under investigation. WCPO-TV reported Wednesday that the Dearborn County Coroner’s preliminary autopsy results determined that the girls’ cause of death was drowning by accident.

Services for the girls – nicknamed “The Tornado Twins”, according to the obituary – were announced Wednesday evening. The visitation and the funeral will be Saturday, April 12 at Hope Baptist Church in Dillsboro.

There are two online donation pages to help the girls’ newlywed parents, Brad and Bryeanna (Conley) Spurlock, with funeral expenses, which Eagle 99.3 posted links for in our first report. The Brea’s Angels page on Fundly.com has already raised $2,175 in online donations.

A second site, GoFundMe.com has raised $350 towards a $3,000 goal in one day.

Donations to defray funeral expenses may also be made through Rullman Hunger Funeral Home in Aurora.
