Special Play Will Introduce South Dearborn Champions Together Program

(Aurora, Ind.) – Friday night at the varsity football game, South Dearborn High School will announce our formal partnership with the IHSAA creating the South Dearborn Champions Together program, a partnership between SDHS and Special Olympics.

“Tonight we will start the varsity football game against Rushville High School with an organized play with Keegan Bond at tailback,” says South Dearborn head coach Rand Ballart.

“Keegan is a sophomore at SDHS who also has Down Syndrome. Keegan is super excited to have the opportunity to joins his classmates on the field. We would like to thank Coach Murray and his players for participating in this special event. We hope to see everyone come out and enjoy an awesome night of high school football,” Ballart adds.
