Speer Named 2017 Ripley County 4-H Fair Queen

(Ripley County, Ind.) – There’s a new Ripley County 4-H Fair Queen.
South Ripley High School senior student Hanna Speer was crowned queen at the end of the Ripley County 4-H Fair Queen Pageant held Sunday at the Damm Theater in Osgood, the Batesville Herald-Tribune reports. She was selected from among 13 young ladies in the pageant.
Speer will have responsibilities at the 4-H Fair which runs July 23rd through 30th. She will also represent Ripley County at the Indiana State Fair Queen Pageant.
Speer is the daughter of Daniel and Michele Speer. She will receive a $750 scholarship.
Kendall Viel was selected as the first runner-up, Alyssa Brinkman was second runner-up, Annalynne Doll was third runner-up, and Whitney Winteres was fourth runner-up. Sierra Kern was awarded Miss Congeniality.
