(Vevay, Ind.) – Scrambled eggs, sausage, and issues affecting southeast Indiana’s first responders will be on the menu at a meeting hosted by two local lawmakers.

Indiana state representatives Jud McMillin (R-Brookville) and Randy Frye (R-Greensburg) will be hosting a breakfast for emergency responders on Saturday, April 12 at 8:00 a.m.

The event will be held at the Jeff-Craig Fire Department in Vevay, Indiana. All emergency responders are welcome to attend.

Representative Frye said that Representative McMillin is reworking on Indiana’s criminal code as well as other issues concerning first responders, law enforcement, public safety personnel, and prosecutors. Frye said he is looking forward to updating emergency responders on the 2014 legislative session.

Those planning to attend are asked to RSVP with Jeff-Craig Fire Chief Christopher See by email, see.christopher@yahoo.com, before April 10 in order to ensure enough food is prepared for everyone.
