(Cleves, Oh.) – An accomplished Taylor High School swimmer has it declared her day in the City of Cincinnati.
Isabelle Murray won a swimming state championship in the 100-meter butterfly at the C.T. Branin Natatorium in Canton on February 24.
Her time of 54.77 set a new state record, as she became the first Taylor student to win a state title in swimming.
Cincinnati Mayor John Cranley honored the accomplishment on April 11 by declaring it “Isabelle Murray Day” in the city.
Isabelle was also honored by the Village of Cleves on March 8, which was declared Isabelle Murray Day in Cleves.
