Theft, Vandalism Charges For Claw Machine Thief

(Harrison, Oh.) – Police are looking to arrest a claw machine bandit.

Michael Lee Thompson, of Lafayette, Indiana, is wanted in Hamilton County for allegedly breaking into and stealing $95 from two claw machines in Harrison on March 19, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. Police say he also took more than $4,671 from a CoinStar machine in February.

The machines were damaged during the thefts.

Thompson, 47, was charged March 25 with three counts of vandalism and one count of theft, court records show. He is wanted on a warrant as of Tuesday.
