(West Lafayette, Ind.) – Purdue University has been named Indiana’s best college by another national publication.
TIME Magazine on Thursday named the school in West Lafayette the best university in the state.
TIME says Purdue graduates have early career earnings of $57,700 on average, about 20-percent more than graduates of other, similar universities in Indiana. The school is well-known for its engineering and agriculture programs, the magazine states.
Earlier this year, Money Magazine ranked Purdue the 37th best school in the country, better than both the University of Notre Dame and Indiana University.
Ohio State University ranked as Ohio’s best college in TIME’s report. Berea College, with an estimated net price of $3,400 in 2017-18, was named the best in Kentucky.
