On November 3, Lawrenceburg officers were called to a domestic battery report at a home on Randy Avenue, according to a Lawrenceburg Police Department press release. Officer Morgan Hedrick was the first on scene and was told by witnesses that Joseph Schuler had battered a woman.
Schuler, 27, was behaving erratically. Prior to Hedrick’s arrival, Schuler was allegedly making threats to take an officer’s firearm and kill everyone, the release stated. Officers also observed blood on Schuler’s hands.
