UPDATE: Fleeing Kidnapping Suspect Arrested At Fast Food Joint

The suspect in a northern Kentucky kidnapping case is behind bars.
Erlanger Police say Brandon Foley, 25, was arrested Thursday afternoon in Grant County after a tipster recognized him and called 911. He was taken into custody at the Wendy’s restaurant in Dry Ridge at about 5:00 p.m., Kentucky State Police said.
Foley is accused of snatching a woman early Thursday morning from an apartment on Lori Drive in Erlanger. He had held and assaulted her for a number of hours prior to fleeing.
Foley faces assault and kidnapping charges.

The stolen car Foley is believed to have been driving was found at his relative’s home in Dry Ridge, Kentucky late Thursday morning. It is a silver 2017 Toyota Carolla.
Police are searching for Foley in that area.
Investigators say Foley had held a woman for several hours late Wednesday night and Thursday morning and beat her. The victim has been hospitalized.

The Cincinnati Police Department says Brandon Foley’s vehicle was located there Thursday morning, but Foley remains at-large.

(Erlanger, Ky.) – Erlanger Police are working to track down a kidnapping suspect.
The police department announced Thursday morning that it is seeking Brandon Foley, 25. Foley is suspected in a kidnapping in the 3000 block of Lori Drive.
Foley is a white male, 5’11”, 175 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
He is believed to be driving a stolen silver 2017 Toyota Carolla with an Eastern Kentucky University vanity plate 1420FW.
